Catalogue enquiries are invitations to discuss a requirement. Prices, quantities, material or lot, dimensions, finish, lead time and payment milestones are confirmed in a written quotation. An order is accepted only through the stated confirmation process.
The customer must approve the final drawing or template before custom production begins. Changes may affect price, lead time and work already completed. Any cancellation charge must be lawful, reasonable and explained before acceptance; custom work does not remove statutory quality or defect rights.
The quotation identifies the collection point or delivery destination, charge, packing, vehicle access and responsibility for off-loading. The agreed delivery period is confirmed with the order. Any inability to fulfil the order must be communicated and handled under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Check the quantity and visible condition on receipt and record concerns promptly with the order reference and photographs. Reporting guidance does not shorten or exclude statutory rights. Do not install material with a known disputed defect before the issue is assessed.
Where statutory cooling-off rights apply to an electronic transaction, those rights are honoured. Certain genuinely customised goods may be excluded from that cooling-off regime. Claims for incorrect, unsafe or defective goods are assessed separately under applicable law; no blanket “no refunds” condition applies.
